Mohajon Chat is a CRM and agentic sales platform built for local businesses. Merchants connect WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, Telegram, email, and web chat into a single inbox, with an AI agent that handles pricing, stock, orders, and bKash/Nagad payment confirmation in Bangla.

What I built

  • Owned backend architecture, system design, and API layer from the ground up.
  • Planned product UX flows and technical architecture for multi-channel messaging.
  • Built the agentic AI pipeline: context-aware replies, handoff to humans, and payment detection.
  • Designed the data model for teams, channels, conversations, and merchant catalogs.

Lead Backend Engineer

Centralized print production orchestration connecting Europe's largest print suppliers to hundreds of storefronts.

iFLOW is the backend ecosystem behind a multi-brand print commerce network. Suppliers like Flyeralarm, Saxoprint, and Flyerdevil produce through a shared orchestration layer, while hundreds of store owners sell magazines, flyers, banners, and custom print products with rich variant attributes, without managing production complexity themselves.

What I built

  • Led backend development for the centralized variant and product configuration system.
  • Built orchestration layers connecting multiple suppliers to many storefronts, so orders route to the right production pipeline automatically.
  • Designed multi-tenant store architecture where each shop sells independently but shares supplier infrastructure.
  • Handled complex print attributes: formats, finishes, quantities, and production rules across product types.

API-first hybrid commerce platform: online storefront, offline POS, and split fulfillment in one system.

T2 Shop is a multi-tenant commerce engine built from scratch. Businesses get a Shopify-like storefront CMS, an embeddable cart widget for any website, a full POS for in-store sales, flexible inventory with split fulfillment, offline ledger accounting alongside Stripe payments, and logistics integration for Bangladesh couriers, all tenant-isolated under one API.

What I built

  • Designed and built the entire platform solo: backend, API, admin, and embeddable widget runtime.
  • Implemented multi-store workspace with tenant-safe data isolation and per-store API credentials.
  • Built split-fulfillment order system, POS module, and offline account ledger alongside online payments.
  • Shipped Shadow DOM-isolated embeddable widgets and an OpenAPI-documented public API.
